We are located in the heart of downtown Carmel, IN. We are tucked in an office park near the Palladium and close to the Carmel Ice Skadium. Our address is 345 Ridge Pointe Dr Carmel, IN 46032

Do you take my insurance?

Elite Physiotherapy is an out of network provider. We will not bill your insurance directly. We are able to provide you with a receipt that can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement.

Why do you not take health insurance?

Health insurance often times dictates how and when physical therapy is administered. Specifically they are able to dictate which interventions can be used and how many visits you are able to attend. By not directly working with a health insurance company the patient remains the sole focus of the physical therapist and your goals will be met in a shorter timeframe.

What forms of payment do you take?

Payment can be made using any major credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

What should I wear?

You will be asked to move, bend, twist, run, jump, do a backflip, stand on your head and juggle knives so please wear something comfortable.
