Do you take my insurance?

Elite Physiotherapy is a cash-based clinic. We will not bill your insurance directly. We will provide you with a receipt that is able to be submitted to your own health insurance for reimbursement provided you have out of network benefits.

Why do you not take health insurance?

Health insurance often times dictates how and when physical therapy is administered. By avoiding payment through health insurance the patient is the sole focus of the physical therapist.

What forms of payment do you take?

Payment can be made using cash, check, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
